Requirements
Hajj Program Requirements
Please ensure you have the following documentation ready:
Identification & Passport
Original Passport: Must be valid for at least 6 months from the traveling date.
The passport must be machine-readable and contain a minimum of two blank pages for visa endorsement.
Photos
2 Recent Passport-Size Color Photographs: Must have a white background.
Photographs must be a full-face view, with the applicant facing the camera directly. Side or angled views are not acceptable.
Your name must be clearly written on the back of the photographs.
Application Form
One Visa Application Form per person. The form must be completed in INK or printed and signed.
Proof of Relationship (Mahram Requirement)
All women and children require Proof of Relationship with their Mahram:
Married Couples: Marriage Certificate.
Children (under 18): Birth Certificate indicating the names of both parents.
Please provide legible copies of all documents and keep the original(s) with you.
Minors (under 18) traveling with one parent must also submit a notarized letter of authorization signed by both parents or legal guardians.
Special Requirements
Muslim Name: If your name is not a Muslim name, a certificate is required from the Imam of your Masjid confirming your conversion to Islam.
Unaccompanied Female Travelers: For women traveling alone in a group, the following is required:
She must be 45 years of age or older.
She must provide a NOTARIZED letter from her Mahram indicating he has no objection for her to travel for Hajj with Tahmid Air International Travel.
Proof of Relationship document is required, showing the woman's relationship to the Mahram (Husband, Father, Brother, Son, Uncle, Grandfather. Brother or son must be 18 years or older).
