Pricing and Room Options (All rates in BDT)

Identification & Passport

• Original Passport: Must be valid for at least 6 months from the traveling date and contain a minimum of two blank pages for visa endorsement. All passports must be machine-readable.

Photos

• 2 Recent Passport-Size Color Photographs: Must have a white background.

• The photograph must be a full-face view, where the applicant is facing the camera directly (side or angled views are not acceptable). Your name should be written on the back of the photographs.

Application Form

• One Visa Application Form per person. The form must be completed in INK or printed and signed.

Proof of Relationship (Mahram Requirement)

All women and children require Proof of Relationship with their Mahram:

• Married Couples: Marriage Certificate.

• Children (under 18): Birth Certificate indicating the names of both parents.

• Please provide legible copies of all documents and keep the original(s) with you.

• Minors (under 18) traveling with one parent must also submit a notarized letter of authorization signed by both parents or legal guardians.

Special Requirements

• Muslim Name: If your name is not a Muslim name, a certificate is required from the Imam of your Masjid confirming your conversion to Islam.

• Unaccompanied Female Travelers: For women traveling alone in a group, the following is required:

  • She must be 45 years of age or older.

  • She must provide a NOTARIZED letter from her Mahram indicating he has no objection for her to travel for Hajj with Tahmid Air International Travel.

  • Proof of Relationship document is required, showing the woman's relationship to the Mahram (Husband, Father, Brother, Son, Uncle, Grandfather. Brother or son must be 18 years or older).

The following costs are excluded from the main package price:

• Hajj Pre-Registration Fee: BDT 30,752/-

• KSA Government Taxes: Saudi Arabia has introduced a 5% VAT (effective Jan 1, 2018) and an additional 5% Municipality Fee (effective Feb 14, 2018). Tahmid Air International is sharing some of the increased costs; however, your estimated portion is BDT 54,530/- per person, which covers the VAT and Municipality Fee.
